Registration

The 4th Annual International Science of Team Science (SciTS) Conference will be held June 24-27, 2013 in Evanston, IL at the Northwestern University at Kellogg School of Management located at 2001 Sheridan Rd. General Conference sessions begin in the afternoon on June 24 through June 26 and two concurrent Workshops on June 27

General Conference Registration
The General Conference fee includes refreshments on June 24; continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments on June 25-26, networking receptions on June 24 and 25 and continental breakfast on June 27.  Workshops have an additional fee, see below. (Lunch will be on your own on Monday, June 24)

**All Sponsor and Presenter registrations require a discount code for waived General Conference fee that can be obtained from the Conference Manager.

Trainees (includes students, postdocs, clinical fellows, interns, residents etc) may be required to provide proof of trainee status.


Concurrent Workshop Session(s) Registration
Workshop fees are not covered by the General Conference fee. Registration for half-day Workshops can be done separately or in addition to the General Conference registration. Workshop Registration will include continental breakfast.

Payment
The SciTS Conference accepts the following forms of payment for Conference registration: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Solo, Switch, and PayPal.  Institutional purchase orders, Northwestern Chart Strings, personal checks, and institutional checks are not accepted.


Refund Policy*

  • 100% refund: March 22-Through April 12
  • 100%  refund minus a $50 administrative fee: April 13 - April 30, 2013
  • 75% refund: May 1 - June 7, 2013
  • No refunds: After June 7, 2013
