The 2016 SciTS Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The Hyatt Regency is located in the heart of Phoenix and is just steps away from sports venues, dining, and shopping. The location offers the tranquil beauty of the Southwest coupled with the convenience of a metropolitan city. Points of interest include the Phoenix History Museum, Arizona Science Center, Heritage Square, Desert Botanical Gardens, Scottsdale, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon.

*NOTE* The SciTS Conference block at the Hyatt is now closed (May 1st). If you still need to make reservations, you will need to book directly with the hotel and there is no longer a special conference rate available.

Parking

  • The hotel partners with Regency Garage located on 2nd street between Adams and Washington. It is $12 daily (one-time in and out). <the most convenient to guests>
  • Guests can park in Regency Garage if they’d like to bill to their guestroom at $19 overnight (allows multiple entry, in & out privileges throughout their stay). The overnight option would just require the guest picking up a parking pass from the front desk to hang in their rear view mirror.
  • Otherwise, there are other garages downtown, meter parking and open lots all within a 2-3 block radius of the hotel.
